Personal Information

"Personal Information" refers to the name, address, e-mail address, access log data for this site, other entries or numbers and characters applied individually, and other symbols, images or sounds from which an individual can be identified (including information that cannot by itself be used identify an individual, but can easily be matched to other data to identify a specific individual).

Compilation and Use of Personal Information

Personal information shall be compiled as required for the smooth planning and operation of the JATA“TABIHAKU”Travel Showcase, and other related events. The compilation of personal information shall be conducted in a legal and event manner.

Disclosure of Personal Information

Personal information will not be disclosed to any third party other than the JATA“TABIHAKU”Travel Showcase promotion office, which is the central administrative body of JATA“TABIHAKU”Travel Showcase, without the consent of the individual to whom the personal information relates.
*However, personal information may be disclosed under the following circumstances.

In cases where disclosure is required by law or by order of the competent authorities
In cases where the actions of a user is causing damages to a third party, and the Japan Association of Travel Agents(JATA) has deemed it necessary to notify the affected third party, the police or the relevant authorities.
In cases where the courts, public prosecutors' offices, police, bar associations, consumer centers, and/or organizations invested with authority pursuant to the aforementioned, demand the disclosure of information.
