Larger venue: All business meetings, the Outbound, Inbound and Media will be held in East Exhibition Hall 6 which is in the same hall where the Exhibition is held. It is easier to access in terms of time.
More meeting sessions: In 2013, business appointment sessions are increased from 24 sessions to 28 sessions to create more business chances for all participants.
Japan Outbound Meeting: Open Session on Day 2: Taking in consideration opinions from last year, we have set the outbound meeting as an all-day open session in order to provide more opportunities for business talks.
Japan Inbound Meeting: More buyers: More companies will be invited to participate this year. Approximately 100 leading companies from Europe, North & South America, Australia, and Asia will be invited to take part in the meeting. The Inbound Meeting will be held in the East Exhibition Hall 6 on both days.
Chance to meet various media: We will invite various kinds of media companies from both overseas and Japan (TV, newspaper, magazine, web, etc.) specializing in travel and all those will gather in one place. It will be a great opportunity for networking and PR activities.
Buyer/Seller List and Business Meeting Guidebook: We will provide a Buyer/Seller List and Business Meeting Guidebook to all participants. The List and Guidebook can be used for establishing business relations even after the event is over.
