JATA“TABIHAKU”Travel Showcase specifies the following Registration Terms and Conditions regarding "JATA Tabihaku System" (hereafter referred to as "the System"), the internet service JATA Tabihaku provides for the users of the System (hereafter referred to as "the Registrant").

Article 1 Scope and Changes of the Terms and Conditions

Various rules and regulations announced by JATA Tabihaku on line through internet or other methods provided by JATA Tabihaku at any time constitute a part of this Terms and Conditions, and Registrant shall agree to them.JATA Tabihaku may also change the rules and regulations without consent of the Registrant and Registrant shall agree to it.
The changes shall be announced to the Registrant through the System or other methods provided by JATA Tabihaku any time.

Article 2 The Registrant

The Registrant is defined as an applicant who agreed to the Terms and Conditions and requested to use the system following the procedure specified by JATA Tabihaku and the applicant approved by JATA Tabihaku.

Article 3 Approval of Registrant

If the Registrant is deemed harmful in the development of internet.
If it becomes evident that the Registrant was in the past revoked the qualification of the Registrant of the System or internet registration qualification due to registration regulation violation or other reasons.
If it become evident that there was false, erroneous, or missing information in the application contents by the Registrant.
If JATA Tabihaku deems inappropriate to qualify the Registrant for other reasons.

Article 4 Safeguarding ID and Password

The Registrant may not allow third parties to use, sell, change the name, or pawn the ID and the Password provided by JATA Tabihaku (including tentative password, the same shall apply hereinafter) .
The Registrant shall be responsible for safeguarding and using the ID and the Password provided under the Terms and Conditions and shall not cause damage to JATA Tabihaku.
The Registrant shall take entire responsibility in using the System with concerned ID and Password, and shall be liable for entire financial obligation associated with the usage of the System.

Article 5 Changes of Registered Information

The Registrant shall make immediate update in his registered information of the System when there is any change in address, contact information, or others.

Article 6 Equipment

The Registrant shall prepare on one's own expense all required communication equipment and other devices to use the System.
Additionally, the devices on the Registrant's expense shall be connected to JATA Tabihaku's center using telecommunication service.
Any cost associated to the process of the service shall be born by the Registrant.

Article 7 Changes and Suspensions of the Contents

JATA Tabihaku may change the contents of various conditions, operational rules, and other contents without advance notice to the Registrant and the Registrant shall agree to it.
Additionally, JATA Tabihaku may suspend the System without prior notice.Information regarding such changes or suspensions shall be announced by the System or other methods provided by JATA Tabihaku.

Article 8 Temporary Suspensions of Service

JATA Tabihaku may suspend the service without notifying the Registrant in the following cases.

If periodical or urgent system maintenance is required.
If providing the System becomes impossible due to fires or power outages.
If providing the System becomes impossible due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, eruptions, floods, or tsunamis.
If providing the System become impossible due to wars, uprisings, riots or disturbances.
If the System is required to be suspended due to other operational or technical reasons.

Article 9 Guarantees and Suspensions of the Contents

The contents of the System shall be the information available for JATA Tabihaku at the time of provisioning.
JATA Tabihaku shall not guarantee the information provided by the same or sentences registered by the Registrant in completeness, accuracy, applicability or availability.
JATA Tabihaku shall not be liable for any damage incurred on the Registrant or the third parties by the result of delay or suspension of the System for any reason.

Article 10 Damages

JATA Tabihaku shall not be responsible nor have any compensatory obligation for any damage incurred on the Registrant through the use of the System.
If the Registrant causes any damage on third parties by the use of the System, the Registrant shall resolve the problem on one's own expense and responsibility and shall not damage JATA Tabihaku.
If the Registrant damages JATA Tabihaku because of any violation of the Terms and Conditions, JATA Tabihaku shall reserve the right to demand appropriate compensation to the damage.

Article 11 Deletions of Information

If the information or the sentences entered by the Registrant into the System exceed in time or amount specified by JATA Tabihaku, it may be deleted without advance notice to the Registrant.
Further, the information or the sentences entered by the Registrant into the System may be deleted without advance notice to the Registrant because of the System's operational or maintenance reasons.

Article 12 Scope of Provision

JATA Tabihaku may set or limit the scope of provision of the System for each Registrant based on JATA Tabihaku's own judgment.

Article 13 Revocations of the Registrant Qualification

JATA Tabihaku shall reserve the right to suspend or revoke the Registrant's qualification without any advance notice or warning if the Registrant falls into any one of the following.In such case, any payment made to JATA Tabihaku prior to the decision shall not be reimbursed.

If false information is entered at the time of registration.
If existing information is tampered.
If ID or Password are used wrongfully.
If the System's operation is obstructed.
If an Exhibitor cancels.
If other registrants' information at Business Sessions is used wrongfully.
If any article of the Terms and Conditions is violated.
If JATA Tabihaku judges inappropriate because of other reasons.

Article 14 The Registrant's Data

The Registrant's data shall be administered pursuant to JATA Tabihaku privacy policy.
At JATA Business Sessions, participating Registrants' information shall be shared by display for the purpose of commercial discussions.

Article 15 Validity of the Registrant's Qualification

The Registrant's qualification shall be valid until the end of the year of application approval.

Article 16 Courts with Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising over the System between the Registrant and JATA Tabihaku shall be discussed sincerely by parties.
If no resolution is reached after the discussion, Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court shall be the court with exclusive jurisdiction.
